To cancel a ride, open the HF-Taxi app, go to your active ride, and click on "Cancel." Please note that cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of your cancellation.
Once your ride is booked, you can track the driver’s location in real-time using the HF-Taxi app. You’ll also receive details of the driver and the vehicle, along with an estimated time of arrival (ETA).
